How long do I have to report that I received an item damaged?Updated 9 days ago
If an item you have ordered arrives damaged, you must tell us within 7 days of receiving it. Please check your order carefully on arrival to confirm any damage.
If a parcel arrives damaged, we would also advise opening the package on arrival to confirm the condition of the goods inside. Don't dispose of the outer packaging or products until your inquiry is complete.
If we do not receive your damage report within 7 days of you receiving the goods, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
