My glasspad arrived shattered - what should I do?Updated 23 days ago
If the glass mousepad you ordered arrives damaged, you must tell us within 7 days of receiving it.
If a parcel arrives damaged, we also recommend that you open it carefully to check the items inside. Do not throw away the outer packaging or the products until your case is closed.
If the glass is broken, do not touch the surface of the pad. Handle the item with care, and do not take it out of the packaging.
What to do:
Once you have confirmed the glass is shattered, the next step is to contact us.
You can do this through our Contact Form or by email. To help us, please send the following:
- Your WALLHACK order number
- The items that are damaged
- The condition of the parcel on arrival
We also need photos or a video of the damage, and a photo of the parcel that clearly shows any damage to the box and the shipping label.
What happens next?:
We may ask a few extra questions to confirm the details before we start the claim.
If a glass mousepad arrives with a shattered surface, we will do our best to send a replacement.
We also recommend that you carefully dispose of the mousepad you received.
Eligibility:
This only applies to orders placed on the WALLHACK website. If we do not receive your damage report within 7 days of receiving the goods, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
