WALLHACK M-001 features a dustproof scroll wheel encoder designed to provide better long-term performance, and prevent dust from entering the encoder mechanism. 

In some environments, scroll wheel issues such as skipped scroll inputs, inconsistent scrolling, or scrolling in the opposite direction can commonly be caused by dust or debris interfering with the scroll wheel encoder mechanism, even when dustproof encoders are used. Small particles entering the scroll wheel assembly may disrupt encoder signal detection and result in irregular scrolling behavior.

In these cases, gently blowing air into the scroll wheel area may help remove dust or debris and restore normal operation. Avoid using excessive force or introducing liquids into the scroll wheel assembly during cleaning.
