The WALLHACK M-001 receiver features integrated signal monitoring functionality through the STATUS button. When the STATUS button is pressed and held while the mouse is powered ON and connected, the receiver will display the current wireless signal strength using blue LED indicators.

For optimal wireless performance, a signal strength reading of approximately 4 to 5 illuminated LEDs is recommended. Signal readings of 1 to 2 LEDs indicate a weak connection, which can increase latency or result in intermittent disconnections, unstable cursor behavior, or inconsistent performance.

What To Check

If signal strength is low or the mouse disconnects intermittently, please verify the following:

• Ensure the receiver is connected using the official WALLHACK M-001 USB cable.

• Connect the receiver directly to the rear motherboard USB ports on desktop systems where possible. Avoid front panel USB ports, USB hubs, docking stations, or extension adapters.

• For laptops, connect the receiver directly to the laptop USB ports.

• Position the receiver closer to the primary play area to improve signal stability.

• Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged and properly installed in the mouse.

• Minimize nearby sources of wireless interference where possible.

Because the receiver is designed for close-range operation and on-the-fly hardware adjustment access, keeping the receiver within arm’s reach of the mouse is recommended for the most stable connection quality and lowest possible wireless latency.
