Mouse cursor skipping, inconsistent tracking, or sensor spin-out behavior can commonly be caused by incorrect Lift-Off Distance (LOD) settings, contamination on the sensor lens, or debris on the mousepad surface.The WALLHACK M-001 features adjustable LOD calibration through the WALLHACK web software, allowing sensor behavior to be optimized for different mousepad surfaces and skate configurations. To adjust the LOD setting, open the web software, navigate to the&#xA0;Calibration&#xA0;tab, and test lower or higher LOD values to determine whether tracking stability improves.Tracking issues may also occur if dust, fibers, or other debris are present on the sensor lens or mousepad surface. In these cases, cleaning both the mouse sensor is recommended. To clean the sensor, please use a clean Q-tip/cotton swab and gently brush the sensor in a rotating motion. Do not use isopropyl alcohol, glass cleaner or other solutions. A dirty mousepad surface can also cause tracking issues due to causing the sensor to have trouble detecting the pad.
