Can I replace the box of my mousepad?Updated 17 days ago

If the box of your WALLHACK mousepad is lost or broken, we cannot provide a replacement. Each of our mousepads is sold sealed in its box, and the boxes are not sold separately at this time.

If your order arrives and the box of your mousepad is missing or damaged, we can help.

What to do:

Once you have confirmed that the goods are damaged, the next step is to contact us.

You can do this through our contact form or by email. To help us, please send the following:

  • Your WALLHACK order number
  • The items that are damaged
  • The condition of the parcel on arrival

We also need photos or a video of the damage, and a photo of the parcel that clearly shows any damage to the box and the shipping label.

With this information, we will be able to help you further.
