The WALLHACK M-001 box includes several items, such as a USB cable, 2 batteries, and an instruction booklet. If you have checked the box carefully and an item is still missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

What to do:

If something is missing from your M-001 box, please get in touch through our contact form. Include the following details:

• Your WALLHACK order number
• The items that are missing
• The condition of your parcel on arrival (was it damaged or opened? Was the seal on the M-001 broken?)

Once we have this information, we will start an investigation. If needed, we will also check with the carrier.

We will keep you updated at every step. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide a solution.

Note: Not all items can be replaced, but we will send the missing parts when possible.
