Are the surfaces of limited edition pads different to the standard ones?Updated 23 days ago

There are no differences in surface for our Limited Editions compared to are standard glass mousepads. 

Every WALLHACK Limited Edition mousepad uses the same micro-etched glass surface as the standard SP-005. The performance characteristics: glide, control, tracking consistency, durability - are exactly the same. Only the artwork beneath the glass changes.

There are no decorative coatings, films, or surface treatments applied to LE pads that would affect how your mouse moves or tracks. If you're switching between a standard SP-005 and a Limited Edition (or vice versa), your muscle memory translates 1:1.

Why this matters

We make Limited Editions for the design and the collectability, not as a "different feel" product. The surface is what makes a WALLHACK pad track the way it does, and we don't compromise that for cosmetics.

Which models have LE variants?

Limited Editions are currently produced on the SP-005 base only. CR-005, VA-005, and other models in our lineup don't have LE variants at this time.
