Why has my order been split into multiple shipments?Updated a month ago
When an order is placed with Wallhack, all items are dispatched from the same warehouse. However, sometimes this is not possible due to stock limitations. In this case, an order with 2 or more items may be split into multiple shipments based on where the stock is located.
This will only happen if all items in an order cannot be sent from a single location. If an order will require multiple shipments, this will be displayed on the checkout page, and you will be requested to confirm the chosen shipping methods.
When an order is partially dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the items included. The remainder of the order, and additional tracking will be provided when it is dispatched.
