Why has my order been cancelled?Updated a month ago
When an order has been placed, our system performs a number of security checks. If our system cannot safely confirm your payment method, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the transaction will be voided.
This can happen due to incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, a failed payment authorisation or if the payment method has been flagged by a security check.
In this instance, we advise placing a new order with a different payment method.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm how to proceed, but the order will not automatically be cancelled.
