While our head office is located in Denmark, we have multiple locations across the world where your orders are sent from. Different locations are used depending on the availability of stock or proximity to your location.

For a breakdown of where we may ship your order from, please see below:

APAC:

All orders are dispatched from one of our warehouses in Japan or China

*All orders to Japan, regardless of origin, are sent DDP

USA:

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within the US

Europe and Rest of the World:

All orders are dispatched from one of our warehouses in Denmark or China

*All orders to the EU, regardless of origin, are sent DDP
