After receiving your order, we aim to fulfill it between 1 to 3 working days. During peak time periods, such as product launches or Holidays, this may be extended to 3 to 5 working days.

All dispatch time frames are in working days, which excludes weekends and public holidays.

When to contact us:

If there is a delay to orders being dispatched, we will provide updates via our Discord server and on the Home page of our Help Center.

If more than 3 working days have passed and you have not received your dispatch email, please get in touch with us via our Contact Form or email, tell us your order number and we will investigate immediately.
