What Is the Difference Between PTFE and UPE WALLHACK Mouse Skates?Updated 25 days ago

WALLHACK mouse skates are available in two different materials, each with unique characteristics for gameplay.

WALLHACK PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) mouse skates are designed to provide a smooth, low-friction glide with consistent performance across a wide range of mousepad surfaces. PTFE is commonly used in gaming mouse skates due to its low coefficient of friction and balanced glide characteristics. However, on glass surfaces, PTFE may become slower faster as the material is softer.

WALLHACK UHMW-PE/UPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) mouse skates generally provide increased durability and surface control compared to PTFE, especially when used on glass mousepads. Due to the material properties of UHMW-PE, glide characteristics may feel more controlled or textured depending on the mousepad surface and user preference.
