WALLHACK K-001 WarrantyUpdated 4 days ago

This page sets out warranty terms specific to the WALLHACK K-001 keyboard. It should be read together with the WALLHACK Universal Warranty Policy, which sets out terms that apply to all WALLHACK products, including proof of purchase requirements, statutory rights, and claims process.

Coverage Statement

WALLHACK warrants that the K-001 is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period stated below. Where a covered defect is confirmed, WALLHACK will repair, replace, or reimburse the product at its discretion.
Warranty Period

The K-001 warranty period begins once the recipient has received the goods, and lasts 24 months by default.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental damage — spills, drops, impact damage, or other accidental physical damage
  • Transportation damage — damage caused by changes you make to the shipping method or delivery address after placing your order, e.g. redirection or parcel forwarding services. This does not include damage caused by the WALLHACK assigned carrier during standard delivery
  • Unauthorized alterations — modifications, disassembly, or adjustments to any component of the K-001 outside of its advertised interchangeable functions (keycaps and switches), where the fault reported is directly attributable to the alteration. This includes but is not limited to soldering, PCB modification, case/plate alterations, or firmware tampering beyond supported customization options
  • Third-party components — damage or malfunction directly caused by non-WALLHACK keyboard or electronic components
  • Variance tolerance — minor variance in weight, size, or specifications within WALLHACK's specified tolerances for the K-001
  • Third-party software — damage or malfunction caused by non-WALLHACK software, including unofficial firmware or unsupported modification of actuation settings
  • Improper installation — damage caused by incorrect installation of switches or other components, or by using tools not provided or specified by WALLHACK for that purpose
  • Unauthorized repair attempts — damage resulting from repair or service performed by anyone other than WALLHACK or a WALLHACK-authorized service provider
  • Normal wear and tear — expected degradation from ordinary use, including switch/keycap wear
  • External/environmental causes — damage from force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, fires, power surges, or similar events outside WALLHACK's control
  • Commercial or non-personal use — damage resulting from use in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting (for example, an internet café or LAN center), unless otherwise agreed with WALLHACK in writing

Switching keycaps and switches is a supported, advertised feature of the K-001, and we welcome customers experimenting with third-party switches. This does not affect warranty coverage on its own — coverage is only affected where a specific fault is directly attributable to that alteration.

Warranty Claims

To start a warranty inquiry or claim, please contact our support team with a proof of purchase, and the serial number of the K-001.

When resolving a warranty claim, WALLHACK will provide a replacement product or replacement parts where possible, if the reported issue is covered under warranty. If a reimbursement is issued instead, it will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

The choice between repair, replacement, or reimbursement is made at WALLHACK's discretion.
If the K-001 or a required part is no longer available (for example, a discontinued colorway), WALLHACK
may offer a comparable product of similar or equivalent value, subject to availability.

Post-Warranty Service

After the 24-month warranty period ends, WALLHACK's warranty coverage is void, and WALLHACK is under no further obligation to repair, replace, or service the K-001. This does not affect any statutory rights you may separately have under the law of your country of residence.
Notices

For proof of purchase requirements, statutory rights, transit damage reporting, warranty transferability, and other terms not covered on this page, please refer to the WALLHACK Universal Warranty Policy.

WALLHACK reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. The warranty applied to received goods is based on the version of the policy published on WALLHACK.com at the time of purchase.
