The contents of an item I ordered is incompleteUpdated 15 days ago
If you receive your order and an item arrives incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. Before getting in touch, make sure to check the contents of the item you received, with the components listed on the product page, and confirm if something is missing from the list.
What to do:
If there are contents missing from the box of an item you ordered, please use our contact form and include the following information:
Your Wallhack Order number
The components that are missing
The condition of your parcel on arrival (was it damaged or opened? Was the seal on the item broken?)
Once we have this, we begin our investigation. If needed, we will also investigate with the carrier.
We will keep you updated at every step and provide a solution once the investigation has concluded.
Note: Not all components can be replaced, but we will replace the missing items where possible
