If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please get in touch with us via our Contact Form or email, tell us your order number and we will investigate immediately.
If there is delay to orders being delivered, we will provide updates via our Discord server and on the Home page of our Help Center.
We would advise to contact us in the following cases:
The tracking on your order has not been updated in 3 working days
The carrier has contacted you to confirm an issue with the delivery of your order
After 1 to 3 working days, you have not received an email confirming your order has been sent
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?:
If the tracking number states the order has been delivered, but there are no signs of the package, we would advise to check the following:
Did you choose to have your order delivered to a parcelshop?
If the tracking shows a photo of the delivery location, do you recognize the location?
Could a neighbor, a reception desk or someone else at the delivery location have accepted the parcel?
Was the delivery address provided correct? Were there any details missing?
