My order has been delayedUpdated 17 days ago

We try to provide the most accurate delivery estimates possible at the checkout page. However, on rare occasions orders can take slightly longer than expected to arrive.

What to do:

Check your emails to see if the respective carrier has contacted you about any delays or a holding of the order. Sometimes the carrier requires more information to successfully deliver your package.

We also advise checking the carrier's tracking page, as there may be further information on the status of your delivery.

If after checking the above steps you are still unsure when your order will arrive, please contact us via our Contact Form or email and provide the following information:

  • Your Wallhack Order number

  • Your tracking number

We will ask for an update from our warehouse and carrier. Once we have more information, or see a change in your tracking, we will let you know!
