If you want to cancel a WALLHACK order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process your request before the order is sent.

Orders cannot be cancelled manually by the customer, so please contact us to proceed.

What to do:

Please contact us via our Contact Form or email and provide us the order number you would like to cancel. If you have more than one order to cancel, we will need each order number to proceed.

If your order can still be cancelled, we will do it right away. The payment will be voided and refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

When can you not cancel my order?:

We cannot always guarantee that an order can be cancelled on request. This can be due to the order already being dispatched, or too far in the fulfillment process to be cancelled.

In the event where the cancellation cannot be processed, if you still do not wish to receive the goods, they can be returned on arrival. For more information, please see our returns policy
