Can I use a parcel forwarding service for my order?Updated 25 days ago
If you place an order with WALLHACK, we can deliver to a parcel forwarding point or service. The forwarding step is handled by the customer, and will need to arrange it with the appropriate forwarding point or service.
In all cases, WALLHACK is only responsible for the initial delivery of the goods and not the forwarding. If the goods you receive are damaged, you must tell us when they arrive at the forwarding service address you provided. If the forwarding process is complete, and we receive a report of damages, WALLHACK cannot provide a refund or a replacement.
If goods need to be returned from an address that is not in the same country as the original delivery address, the customer is responsible for all return costs.
