Can I merge my orders together?Updated 17 days ago

If you place more than one order to the same address close together, we cannot merge the orders or refund part of the postage costs.

If the items are ordered separately, our warehouse will pack them as separate orders.

If you want the items in one order, we need to cancel the original orders so a new order with the correct items can be placed.

Orders cannot be edited or cancelled by the customer, so please contact us to proceed.

What to do:

Contact us through our Contact Form or by email and share the order number you want to cancel. If you have more than one order, please share each order number.

If your order can still be cancelled, we will do it right away. The payment will be voided and refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

When can you not cancel my orders?:

We cannot always cancel an order on request. This may be because the order has already been sent, or it is too far in the fulfillment process to stop.
