If you want to add or change an item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot add or change items in an order after it has been placed.
To get the correct items, we need to cancel the original order so a new order with the correct items can be placed.
Orders cannot be edited or cancelled manually by the customer, so you will need to reach out to us to proceed.
What to do:
Contact us through our Contact Form or by email and share the order number you want to cancel. If you have more than one order, please share each order number.
If your order can still be cancelled, we will do it right away. The payment will be voided and refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
When can you not cancel my order?:
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled on request. This may be because the order has already been sent, or it is too far in the fulfillment process to stop.
