If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before the order is sent. If possible, we will get this changed for you.
What to do:
Please contact us via our Contact Form or email and provide us the order number you would like to adjust. If you have more than one order you wish to adjust, we will need each order number to proceed.
We will make the changes right away and confirm when they are complete. We can change all parts of your delivery address except the country.
If our system flags an issue with your delivery address, you may get an automatic email asking you to update it. If the address in the email looks correct, you do not need to do anything. If you see something that needs changing, make the change and submit it.
What if my order has already been dispatched?:
We cannot always change an address before the order is dispatched.
Some carriers may allow you to adjust the delivery location in your tracking information, but this may not always be possible.
