An item I ordered is missingUpdated 15 days ago
If you receive your order and an item is missing, please tell us as soon as possible. After you have checked the package carefully, if your order is still incomplete, we can help.
What to do:
Some orders are sent from more than one location if we cannot send everything from one place. Check the tracking emails you received when your order was sent, and confirm that all the items you ordered are listed with the tracking information.
If all the items appear to have been sent together, contact us either via our Contact Form or email, and provide the following information:
Your Wallhack Order number
The item or items that are missing
The condition of your parcel on arrival (was it damaged or opened?)
Once we have this, we will check with our warehouse to find the missing items. If needed, we will also investigate with the carrier.
We will keep you updated at every step and provide a solution once the investigation has concluded.
