How do I calibrate the switches on my WALLHACK K-001?Updated 14 days ago
The WALLHACK K-001 comes with WALLHACK KS-TR Medium Hall Effect switches, chosen for a strong balance of gaming performance and typing feel. The K-001 is also compatible with other standard Hall Effect switches, so you can swap the switches if you wish.
Because Hall Effect keyboards use magnetic sensing, calibration may be needed in some cases to keep the keyboard performing at its best. Calibration is especially important after you change switches, but it may also help if the keyboard has been moved a lot, transported, lost power, or been through any other situation that could affect how the switches are read.
How to calibrate:
To calibrate your WALLHACK K-001, follow the steps below:
- Connect the WALLHACK K-001 to your computer and open the WALLHACK Terminal in your web browser.
- Once the keyboard is connected, go to the SWITCHES tab.
- In the SWITCHES tab, select the correct switch type from the drop down menu.
- Click SWITCH CALIBRATION to begin the calibration process.
- Press each key on the keyboard fully down. As each key is registered, it will turn white on the keyboard diagram in the Terminal.
Once every key has been pressed and registered, click the STOP button above the keyboard diagram.
Your WALLHACK K-001 will now be calibrated to the switches installed.
