The WALLHACK K-001 is made up of several items. The complete contents of your K-001 box are:

• K-001 keyboard
• K-001 carry case
• USB-A to USB-C cable
• Switch puller
• Keycap puller
• Screwdriver
• 4° riser and screw set (4 screws in total)
• 7° riser and screw set (4 screws in total)

What to do:

If something is missing from your K-001 box, please get in touch through our contact form and include the following details:

• Your WALLHACK order number
• The items that are missing
• The condition of your parcel on arrival (was it damaged or opened? Was the seal on the K-001 broken?)

Once we have this information, we will start an investigation. If needed, we will also check with the carrier.

We will keep you updated at every step. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide a solution.

Note: Not all items can be replaced, but we will send the missing parts when possible.
