When will I receive my refund?Updated a month ago

Once an order has been returned to the warehouse, we will review and check the returned goods.

When inspection has completed, we will process your refund within 1 to 7 working days.

We request that customers allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to return to the original payment method.

If you made your purchase using a gift card, the funds will be returned to the gift card immediately.

If your order has been cancelled, this means the original transaction was voided. This means that the funds may not appear as a refund on your statement.

If after 3 to 5 working days the funds have not returned to your original payment method, we advise you to contact your bank, or the payment provider to confirm the status of funds.
