How do I exchange / return my order?Updated 7 days ago
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Whether you changed your mind or the item does not suit your needs, we will help you send your order back to us for a refund.
Exchanges:
We do not currently have an exchange program. We would advise placing a new order for the replacement item you want.
What to do:
To start a return, contact us through our Contact Form or by email, and include the following:
Your Wallhack Order number
The Item/s from your order you wish to return
The reason why you would like to return the item/s
If the seals on the item/s have been broken
Once we have this, we will send you a return label so you can ship the order back to one of our warehouses.
Return labels are prepaid. All you need to do is drop the parcel off at one of the label carrier's local drop off points. Once we receive the order, we will process a refund within 1 - 10 working days.
Cost of returns:
The cost of the return label is taken from your refund when the goods arrive at our warehouse.
For a return with smaller items (Sleeves, Skates, T-shirts), the return cost is $5.
For a return that includes a glass mousepad, the return cost is the same as your original shipping cost.
You are welcome to use your own return labels to send the goods back to our warehouse. This will not incur a return cost. We will require the tracking number to monitor the return. Please contact us and confirm you wish to use your own return label before sending it.
Eligibility for returns:
Items you want to return must be undamaged and include the original packaging.
We give a 14-day window for customers to review and test their purchase, so we still accept returns of items that have been used within this period.
We do not accept returns of packs of Skates that have been opened and used.
